Our clients are organizations with a training mandate: WCB-style vocational rehabilitation providers, funded nonprofits, First Nations and Métis Settlement administrations, and corporate teams. They bring us the people; we deliver the training and the outcomes.

87% of the injured workers we trained transitioned into new roles. More than 75% of the youth we trained found employment or further education within six months.

We have built curriculum for Win Together Canada Foundation, delivered team dynamics training for the YMCA, supported funded programs with Employabilities, and led grant-writing and board strategic planning workshops for grassroots organizations. Where a community prefers on-territory delivery, we travel and train locally so the capacity stays in the community.
