Why we exist
We exist because barriers to employment are solvable with the right training — whether that’s an injured worker, a newcomer youth, or a community rebuilding its workforce.
Who we work for
Organizations with a training mandate and a reporting requirement: WCB-style vocational rehab teams and case managers, funded nonprofits, First Nations and Métis Settlement administrations, and employers training staff on new systems. If you have to show a funder what changed, we build the training so you can.
Track record
We’ve built curriculum for Win Together Canada Foundation, delivered team dynamics training for the YMCA, and led grant-writing workshops for grassroots organizations — alongside our core vocational and digital-skills training. 87% of the injured workers we trained transitioned into new roles. 75%+ of the youth we trained found employment or further education within six months. Our facilitators are named: Thabani Bhala, Claude Levi, and Yanyu Zhou, Ph.D.
