Microsoft Office 365
This course is a great course which introduces Microsoft® Office 365™ for Office 2013 and 2016 in a cloud-based environment. Using Office 365, users can easily communicate with each other through Microsoft Outlook® mail and Skype for Business and online meetings. Additionally, the Microsoft SharePoint® Team Site provides a central location for accessing and modifying shared documents within a team and for stakeholders ouside of the company. The Office Web Apps enable users to perform tasks, such as opening, editing, printing, and saving documents without requiring an installation of the full desktop version of Microsoft Office 2013 or 2016 on their local computer. This course will equip you with the tools you need to collaborate.

Great for in-house and virtual staff. This course will show you how the Microsoft OneNote® 2016 program automatically manages backup copies of your notebooks and uses the notebook recycle bin, so that you can manage your notebook files effectively as the number of pages and importance of your notebook content grows. Microsoft Office Word
This course will show you how you can work more efficiently by automating some tasks and providing methods to maintain consistency between documents. You will create basic to more complex documents that include lists, tables, charts, graphics, and newsletter layouts. You will also merge data into documents to personalize correspondence and address envelopes and labels with the data as well.

Word can be used to create documents that are nearly as complicated as those created using a desktop publishing application. Using Word, you can control how the text flows between paragraphs and pages, you can link a story on page one to the rest of the story later in the document, and you can add graphics and specify how the text and graphic appear together on the page. Microsoft Visio
Microsoft Visio® stands out among similar applications because of its unique ability to draw a wide variety of diagrams, flowcharts, workflows, and organization structures—anything that can be represented by shapes connected by lines. Most importantly, these shapes can be rearranged and with corresponding lines remaining intact. Visio has improved over the years as features common among Microsoft Office applications have been added. Today, Visio is well integrated with other members of the Office family as well as Microsoft’s cloud-based services. This greatly enriches the sharing and publishing of Visio drawings. In this course you will learn how to use stencils, scale and resize objects, draw basic shapes and compound lines, and arrange objects. You will also learn how to create diagrams, work with text, apply formatting, work with background pages, and set file and print properties. Finally, students will create network and brainstorming diagrams, set shape properties, and create reports.
