Small Group Workshops

Small-group workshops are a type of training or education session that involves a small number of participants, usually around 10 to 20 people. These workshops are designed to provide focused, hands-on instruction and allow for more interaction and discussion among participants. They may cover a variety of topics, such as leadership, team-building, problem-solving, or specific skills training. The format of the workshop is usually interactive and may include group exercises, role-playing, and discussions.

Self-Paced Training

Self-Paced training is a flexible and convenient way to learn new skills or acquire knowledge. It allows individuals to access educational content and instruction over the internet, on their own schedule and at their own pace. Online courses typically include videos, readings, quizzes, and interactive activities that are designed to help students understand the subject matter. This type of training is a cost-effective and accessible option for people who want to learn new things, whether they are looking to advance their careers or simply want to explore a new topic.

Instructor Led

Instructor-led courses are a type of education where students learn from a trained instructor in a classroom setting. These courses may be held in-person or online and typically include lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities. The instructor is responsible for leading the class and providing guidance and feedback to students. These courses are designed to provide students with a structured and interactive learning experience.

Individualized Assessments

Individualized assessments as part of computer training facilitation services involve evaluating an individual’s current computer skills and knowledge, as well as their learning style and specific needs in order to develop a personalized training plan. This can include assessments of basic computer skills such as using a mouse and keyboard, navigating the internet, and using common software applications. The results of the assessments are used to identify strengths and areas for improvement and to create a tailored training plan that addresses the unique needs of the individual. This plan may include one-on-one training, group training, online resources and/or self-paced training to help the individual achieve their desired computer proficiency level.

Employment Mentoring

On-the-job training also known as job mentoring allows for a less intimidating transition for the new hire. In this process employees are coached and mentored by one of our facilitators to increase retention of the job and the skills acquired while at work, rather than in the classroom. This creates a stress-free orientation for the employees and this approach is a key aspect of human resource management. It helps employees develop their careers and allows for robust orientation and growth in the organization. This type of training takes place at the workplace, where employees get hands on training and learn about the working environment pertaining to their next role. One of our facilitators acts as a mentor and provides practical hands-on support.
